FRIDAY JANUARY 18, 2019 PRAYER POINTS

Thanksgiving

Let us thank God for His hand at work in our lives and in this church

Hebrews 13:15 – Therefore, let us continually offer to God the sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.”

Psalm 97:12 – Rejoice in the Lord and give thanks.

Prayer for the Pastor – Key Scripture Isaiah 45:1 – 3

1       Lord we pray you anoint our pastor afresh for signs and wonders and hold him by the right hand.

Isa 45:1 Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;

2       Lord open before him the gates of this land and subdue this land before him.

Isa 45:1 Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;

3       Lord go before him make the crooked places straight and break in pieces the gates of brass and cut in sunder the bars of iron in this land.

Isa 45:2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

4       Lord enrich him as you give to him the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, and prove your hand in his life and ministry.

Isa 45:3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.

THE CHURCH & MEMBERS

5       Lord visit this church and make it strong for yourself as you make us rejoice.

Ps 80:14 – 15

14 Return, we beseech thee, O God of hosts: look down from heaven, and behold, and visit this vine; 15 And the vineyard which thy right hand hath planted, and the branch that thou madest strong for thyself.

Ps 106:4 – 5

4 Remember me, O LORD, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation; 5 That I may see the good of thy chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance.

6       Lord we ask you today to give us the heathen of this land for our inheritance in this church

Ps 2:8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

7       Lord let this church begin to experience supernatural growth after the order of the Acts of the Apostles thereby turning us into a city without walls.

Zec 2:4 And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein:

8       Lord let there be a new wave of signs and wonders and mighty deeds in all our services all through this year resulting in massive influx of souls into this church.

Acts 5: 12 – 14

12 And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch.13 And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people magnified them. 14 And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)

9       Lord we are asking for the release of new revelation of your word and the Spirit from this altar all through this year causing abiding multitudes to flow into this church.

Isa 2:2 – 3

2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’S house shall be established in the top of the mountains and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. 3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

10     Lord we pray you release your grace for sanctification upon every member of this church and make us fit for your use all through this year.

2 Tim. 2:20 – 21

20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.

11     Lord we pray you empower the prayer life of every member of this church to enable us remain spiritual in our dealings all through this year.

Zec 12:10  And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

12     Lord we pray you ignite the fire of your zeal in the heart of every member of this church so we can serve you with passion all through this year.

Ps 69:9 For the zeal of thine house hath eaten me up; and the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me.

13     Lord we pray you give every member of this church the passion for souls this year making us worthy soulwinners for Jesus.

1Co 9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
