Revelation of the truth
Every time you apply yourself to the revelation of the truth you position yourself for the release of His blessing. It is not just the revelation of the truth it is applying yourself to it. If you don’t apply yourself to it, it cannot deliver If it is not applied it cannot produce Applied revelation is what qualifies you for supernatural intervention.
What has He said? Matt. 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you”.
If you want God to supernaturally supply your needs then you seek first His kingdom and its righteousness and He will add them to you
Then He said in vs. 34 “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof”.
That stops worrying or disturbing yourself about how tomorrow will go. “Just seek the interest of my Kingdom and I will take care of the rest for you” When you become committed to the interest and welfare of the kingdom of God you qualify for supernatural interventions in your life.
All these things shall be added to you.
Kingdom commitment qualifies you for supernatural manifestations Kingdom commitment qualifies you for supernatural interventions Kingdom commitment qualifies you to enjoy the blessings of God. Kingdom commitment qualifies you to enjoy signs and wonders.
What has He said?
Mal. 3: 10-11 “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts”.
Prov. 10:22 The blessing of the LORD, it makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it.
What has He said? God said prove me now God said every time you appear before me don’t appear empty. Be consistent in paying your tithe. He said they that sow in tears shall reap in Joy He that soweth sparingly shall reap sparingly He that soweth bountifully shall reap bountifully You insure your finances with your tithe. You determine the flow of God’s blessing with your offerings and sacrifices.
Exo. 23:25? And you shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless your bread, and your water; and I will take sickness away from the middle of you.
God does not just show up for everybody but for those whose heart is perfect towards Him, He manifests for them as required and desired When you are committed to God you are correctly positioned for His intervention.
2 Chron. 16:9 For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.
Hear this John 14:21 He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves me: and he that loves me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him
“I will love him and will manifest myself to him” God does not just manifest Himself to people just because they come to church but to those who love Him and prove that love to Him. Love is not an issue of title but of the heart and in deeds
1Jo 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but indeed and in truth.
How do you know that you love Him?
1Jo 2:5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. 1Jo 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
How do we secure God’s honour? 1Sa 2:30 …for them that honour me I will honour…
By honouring Him first
It is in practical deeds not just by mouth
Isa 29:13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as these people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
What is the secret, therefore? John 2:5 His mother said to the servants, whatever he said to you, do it.
There are great covenant secrets You cannot be so involved with the affairs of His kingdom and God will forget you.
This was why Nehemiah said
Ne 13:14, 31 14 Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and wipe not out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God, and for the offices thereof. 31 And for the wood offering, at times appointed, and for the firstfruits. Remember me, O my God, for good.
Ps 20:1 – 4 The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee; Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.
What is it that is coming from you to Him that will make Him remember you?
Some think because they paid their tithe that is all.
No that is not all.
Your giving does not end with your tithe.
That is just the beginning.
See it:
“Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice”.
Where are your offerings?
Where are those sacrifices?
Where is your service?
What are you doing for Him?
Look at these two covenant giants.
How they positioned themselves in the covenant for definite intervention.
1- Phineas the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron
Numbers 25:10 – 13
10 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 11 Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy.
12 Wherefore say, Behold, I give unto him my covenant of peace: 13 And he shall have it, and his seed after him, even the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his God, and made an atonement for the children of Israel.
2- David –
1Sa 25:28
I pray thee, forgive the trespass of thine handmaid: for the LORD will certainly make my lord a sure house; because my lord fighteth the battles of the LORD, and evil hath not been found in thee all thy days.
Hear David himself
1 Chron. 29:1 – 3
1 Furthermore, David the king said unto all the congregation, Solomon my son, whom alone God hath chosen, is yet young and tender, and the work is great: for the palace is not for man, but for the LORD God.
The work is great: for the palace is not for man, but for the LORD God.
The church is not for the pastor, but for the LORD God
2 Now I have prepared with all my might for the house of my God
3 Moreover, because I have set my affection to the house of my God, I have of mine own proper good,
What most of us give to Him are our leftovers.
Not of our proper good, that is why the blessing is not flowing.
Your heart to God should reflect in all your giving’s and service
Many of us are just looking for what to have, what to consume and who to give to us.
Many of us carry a consumers mentality; that is not who you are.
We need to start operating a contributive and a giving mentality.
“Blessed to be a blessing”
Everything God made is ordained to contribute or give to life.
The way God made us is to keep giving to stay alive.
The question is what are you giving or adding to?
Remember when you stop adding value you start losing value.
Your worth is not in what you have but what you contribute or give.
Lu 12:15
And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
It is time to start thinking about contribution and not possession.
It is time to start thinking about value addition and not consumption.
What you have does not define you rather what you add is what defines your worth.
You are blessed to be a blessing.
Remember Abraham
Gen. 22:16
….for because thou hast done this thing,…
Because thou hast done this thing:
What are you doing to qualify for His blessing?
This year you will go forward
Jesus is Lord
