UNDERSTANDING GOD’S CYCLE OF BLESSING 1 SUMMARY
In understanding God’s cycle of blessing, we need to understand what God’s blessing is first
and why God blesses

What is Blessing?

Deut 8:18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. KJV

He gives you the POWER TO GET wealth: Not wealth in itself.
There is the power to get.
This comes through the blessing

Jer 27:5 I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me. KJV

He is the one who gives it.
That power that gives it is called the blessing.
How do I know?

Gen. 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said to them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.

By blessing,
God empowered man to be fruitful.
God empowered man to multiply.
God empowered man to replenish the earth.
God empowered man to subdue the earth.
God puts in man’s hands all that makes him accomplish his purpose.

The Blessing of God is divine enabling power

Prov. 10:22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

It is the blessing of God that makes great.

Gen 24:35 And the LORD hath blessed my master greatly; and he is become great: KJV

His Blessing is divine empowerment, it makes us to accomplish whatever is required.
It has the power to make you become whatever.
And when man lost it to the devil, God came down and made a covenant with Abraham.
And through this covenant, He gave Abraham the PROMISE of Blessing.
The blessing of Abraham means the dimension of power at work in Abraham’s life.

Gen 28:4 And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham. KJV

Give thee the blessing of Abraham, that thou mayest inherit.
It is His blessing that makes you inherit what you are not qualified for
It gives to you what you are not due for naturally.
The Blessing is the missing key from the lives of many Christians today.
Redemption Connected us back
You are redeemed to walk in the blessing of God.
At salvation what happens?

Gal 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through
faith. KJV

God desired the children of Israel to know him as the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
The Revelation knowledge of the Blessing will change your life and circumstances
I pray that through this teaching you will be empowered with revelation to experience the fulfillment of the promises through the Blessing.
We are the seed of Abraham and are therefore recipients of the promises God made to Abraham and his descendants.

Ga 3:26 – 29
26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if ye be
Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

We are the heirs of promise, its time you are empowered.
The blessing is God’s hand that enforces the prosperity of the saint
May that same hand of blessing come on you today.
Whatever has made men pity you will end today.
Every trace of misfortune trailing anyone here, today marks the end.
By redemption you are on for a life of wonders.
The covenant of blessing with Abram is to reproduce itself in all his generation of believers.
It is our responsibility to activate those blessing into reality.
We will examine those active steps needed to enjoy transferable blessing as this series
continues

Your children will not inherit suffering,
Your children will not inherit debts and sickness,
Your children will not inherit any form of oppressions.
I decree your connection to generational unrestricted blessing in Jesus name.
Blessing is also imparted

Numbers 23:20 Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it.

There is a mandate to bless here in this assembly, so get ready for it.
Blessing is taking and blessing is imparted.

Num. 6:22 – 23, 27
22 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,
27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.

There is a mandate to bless here today so get ready for it.
THE BLESSING is the act of declaring, God’s favor and goodness upon others or things.
God’s blessing is accompanied with that virtue that renders it effectual as expressed.
In the course of this series, God will be bestowing His blessing, so watch out it’s coming on
you.
