Morning Devotion Prayer -October 27, 2021 – Family

1    Give thanks unto the Lord this morning for His faithfulness towards you and your family.

Isa 25:1 O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

Ps 75: Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.

2    Father, plead the cause of my family and fight against those against our peace and enlargement, thereby securing our peace and establishing rest for us on every side.

Psalm 35:1 – 6

Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me. 2 Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help. 3 Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation. 4 Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt. 5 Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD chase them. 6 Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.

3    Father, by the light of the Holy Spirit let the yoke of ignorance be destroyed from every member of my family that the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ will shine in their hearts.

Isa 25:7 And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the Vail that is spread over all nations.

4    Father in the name of Jesus, today I destroy all satanic strongholds against the salvation of all in my family that are not yet saved, and I say let the light of the gospel begin to gain access to their hearts bringing about their salvation.

2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

2Co 4:3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

5    Father teach me to profit and lead me the right way to make me prosperous in the land of the living in Jesus’ name

Isa 48:15 I, even I, have spoken; yea, I have called him: I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous.

Isa 48:17 Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.
