Securing The Help Of God Through Prayer

This is the time to possess the gate of heaven There is a place through which we gain express access to heaven Heaven is the throne of God; it is the place of divine administration.

Ps 11:4 The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD’S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

This time God will send you help from heaven

Ps 57:3 He shall send from heaven and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.

Heaven is the place of divine solutions Heaven is the place of divine answers Heaven is the place of total turn around. An encounter with heaven is all that you and I need for our turn around.

Prayer increases your spiritual sensitivity

Prayer helps a man to be keenly sensitive to the Spirit of God. Prayer is the key to our ability to hear from the Spirit of God. Prayer is the key to the source of our ability to the supernaturally.

Prayer is the key to accessing the gate of heaven. Prayer also helps to processes the plan of God. Prayer enables us to reach out into the future with the help of the Holy Ghost—processing God’s plans on Earth!

Prayer is engaging With God.
Prayer is securing partnership with God in the affairs of our lives. It is the call that brings the hands of God to bear in our situation. Prayer is always the catalyst which brings forth God’s ability on Earth.

Jesus is our example.

Luke 3:21 Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,

While He prayed, the heaven was opened.” Through prayer! An open heaven. When the heaven opens, it will change your life, the church, and the world around us! It will bring the rain of the Spirit and the harvest will follow. I am not talking of praying a few religious prayers without purpose. It is time you personally took time to personally engage with God with a strong prayer life. Your walk with God will never go further than your prayer life.

To make your prayer life effective, it is vitally important to be a person of the Word.

God Is Limited by Our Prayer Life.
John Wesley, said, “It seems God is limited by our prayer life. God can do nothing for mankind unless someone asks Him.”

Someone will say, “You can’t limit God!” The children of Israel limited God.

Psalm 78:41 Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.

It is possible to limit God.

Look at this
Zechariah 10:1 Ask ye of the Lord rain in the time of the latter rain; so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.

Again, in

Psalm 2:8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.

God Said, “Ask” Throughout the Bible, if God wants something done He tells us to ask for it.

“…Ye have not, because ye ask not” (James 4:2). “. Ask, and it shall be given you; ” (Matt 7:7).

So, it’s time to ask.

If we pray in line with His will, we will always receive the answer we desire.

God’s will on Earth will only be done if someone asks Him to do it.

Remember Daniel?

Daniel 9:2 In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.

What did Daniel do?

3 And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes.

He set his face to pray; he put aside time to fast and pray. God is calling on us to follow the same example

Look at it again

Ezr 8:21 Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance. 22 For I was ashamed to require of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy in the way: because we had spoken unto the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all them for good that seek him; but his power and his wrath is against all them that forsake him. 23 So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us.

“So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us.”

Exodus 2:24 And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.

Isaiah puts it this way

Isaiah 43:26 PUT ME IN REMEMBRANCE: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.

God said, “Put me in remembrance.” So, let’s put Him in remembrance. Let us remind Him of His word to us this year: It is our turn to shine. Let us remind His of His word to reflect His glory in our lives Let us remind His of His word to heal Let us remind His of His word to increase Let us remind His of His word to promote

A great man of God E. W. Kenyon said about prayer: “Prayer should be God looking down to Earth and seeing a mirror reflecting His Word back at Him.”

Prayer should not be reminding God how bad our problems are; it should be reminding God what He said about our problems.

Back to Isaiah.

Isaiah 43:26 Put me in remembrance: LET US PLEAD TOGETHER: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.

What we need to be doing is pleading together with God. When we are reminding God of what He said, we are pleading together with Him. It is pleading together with God— saying the same thing God said to us in His Word. God is the One who said, “Put Me in remembrance.”

Look at this God Himself

Isaiah 62:6, “I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the Lord, keep not silence.”

In prayer we remind God of what He said and of what He wants to do. He Himself says not give Him any rest until the fruit of our prayers manifests. God don’t move until someone cries out to Him. His will did not come to pass until someone prays about it.

It is our turn. Remember it is as you turn that God turns to you And when God turns to you, it will be turned over to you.

Jesus is Lord
