The gospel of the Kingdom of God is a gospel of change.
Kingdom citizens walk in love and live by faith. The Kingdom expresses itself in this world through us its citizens. Kingdom citizens being impacted by His Spirit, expresses the nature and character of the kingdom in all spheres of life. Kingdom citizens walk in love and live by faith.

The kingdom life is not just about going to heaven. It is transforming the nations, our communities to reflecting the virtues of the kingdom of God. This is more than just simply making them accepting Jesus.

Re 11:15 … The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Being a disciple is in walking in the steps of the Lord Jesus Himself impacting our world by His Spirit with good works. Kingdom citizens sanctified and transformed through the spiritual empowerment of the Holy Spirit and deep training in the ways of Jesus.

I say again
The gospel of the kingdom is much more than going to heaven.
The gospel is much more than being forgiven of sins.
The gospel is the fulfillment of the Father’s plan to bring man into fellowship with Himself wherein man might know Him as Father as well as almighty God. The gospel is being endowed with power and authority to transform the kingdoms of this world for Him. It’s called living in the kingdom of God.

This why I said earlier that “Kingdom citizens walk in love and live by faith”.

Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Don’t limit the gospel to the atoning sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.
That was just the beginning of the whole program
There is much more for us now that we are His children!

Jesus’ message of the kingdom is not a message of how to
get to heaven; it’s a message of how to get heaven into us! The lord Jesus showed us how a man empowered by the Holy Spirit will live among men here in this world. He perfectly manifested as a kingdom citizen.

Lu 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.

Through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit you are to be a kingdom influencer
The life of one who haven submitted to the Holy Spirit and begin to live the life of righteousness and power as the Lord Jesus did. There is a great difference between being born again and living the kingdom life. It is high time you became a kingdom citizen and influencer.

A kingdom citizen walks in love and lives by faith

Let us hear the Lord Jesus introduce the kingdom lifestyle. On the mount of Olive the lord Jesus introduced to us the life of a kingdom citizen Hear He showed us the character of a kingdom citizen. It is showing us as kingdom citizens living wholeheartedly for God by faith. How to live with the Kingdom of God in mind.

A kingdom citizen is as follows: Mathew 5:3 – 6

  1. Poor in spirit.

3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

That is to say, the man is not into himself. He is not spiritless, but he is very cognizant that it really is not about him. It’s all about Father’s will.

  1. A mourner.

4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

Such who mourns his own weaknesses, his shortcomings, and all those instances when he has fallen short of Father’s will for his life and his actions.
He mourns, even though he knows his Father is forgiving.
Shall be comforted means strengthened in Him

  1. Meek.

5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

That is not to say he is a timid or feeble or weak person. Meekness means a high- spirited person who is ready and willing to submit to its master’s commands.
Moses was described as the “meekest of men.” The kingdom citizen is submissive and trainable but remains a leader capable of ruling and reigning with Christ Jesus.

  1. Hungry and thirsty for righteousness.

6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

His is not just a Sunday – Sunday Christian. The kingdom citizen sees fellowship with the Father as the most important thing. The kingdom citizen desires the life
He is the “violent man” of Matthew 11:12.

Like Apostle Paul said

Php 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Pressing for the outmost in God
Pressing to live a life well pleasing to God
Pressing to live a life of righteousness These characteristics are a description of Jesus Himself.
The lifestyle an individual who is an inhabitant of the kingdom of God.

Today desire the impact of His life in your life.
Today desire to live for Him here on earth.
Today desire the infilling of His Spirit

Jesus is Lord
