Psalm 23:1 – 6
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

The Great Shepherd

His role is to calm the sheep in the times of danger
Sheep in the times of danger naturally begin to go crazy
Sheep in the times of danger naturally begin to go scatter
Sheep in the times of danger naturally begin running around not knowing what to do or where to go. Hence the shepherd comes to clam them letting them know that he is there to protect them.
The first thing the Shepherd does is calm the sheep

Jesus Christ the Great Shepherd

I am here today bringing you a message from our great shepherd the Lord Jesus Christ Himself to you. I want you to know today more than any other time Jesus is our Great Shepherd. He is not only the great Shepherd; He is also the good Shepherd. Not just a good Shepherd, but THE GOOD SHEPHERD

John 10:11 I am the good shepherd.

You are not ALONE

He is saying to you
“Relax; You are not alone”.
He is here with you
He is here for you
He is got you covered:
You are not alone.

Can I hear you say:
I am not alone; Jesus is with me.

God through the Lord Jesus Christ Himself has you covered.
He’s got you covered: His angels are watching over you.

Remember His word

Ps 91:3 – 8
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be
afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right
hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

You shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

Do not be afraid.

God wants me to comfort you today saying “be not afraid.”
God is saying remember when the plagues came upon Egypt God’s people in the midst of Egypt were covered.

Ex 8:22 – 23
And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth. And I will put a division between my
people and thy people: tomorrow shall this sign be.

Covenant of Separation

We have a covenant of separation or division with our Father.
He is our protector.
It means He protects you and me from every attack of the evil one including corona virus. God is your refuge and strength
You are not like them: You are not alone.

Ps 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Say with me
Father, You are my defender
You are my Protector
In you I trust

The Lord Jehovah is my God
He defends me
He protects me
He will not allow evil to touch me
He will not allow evil to touch my house.

Don’t be afraid of all the evil news you’re hearing

Psm. 112:7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.

Don’t be afraid,
Let your heart of faith be fixed, trusting in the LORD.

There is One watching over you: Don’t be afraid

Say with me again
God is my salvation;
I will trust, and not be afraid:
The LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song;
He also is become my salvation

Isa. 31:4 – 5
For thus hath the LORD spoken unto me, Like as the lion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of
them: so shall the LORD of hosts come down to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof. As birds flying, so will the LORD of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it

God is your Defender

God is on top of all this, defending His church.
God is in this fight, fighting for you.

We are God’s covenant children.

This time the covenant will distinguish you
Keep your faith intact.
Faith is the purchasing power in this kingdom.
Keep your eyes off the economic situation of the moment.
Our God whom we serve is your provider.

Ps 33:18 – 22
Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield. For
our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.

The mercy of God is speaking for you today
Commit yourselves to God and His word more than ever.
As you commit your life to Him in faith you enjoy supernatural provision and protection. This time you shall be satisfied

Ps 37:19 They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

Remember the hour of darkness in the world is the moment of believer’s opportunity.

We are children of light.
We are the light of the world.
The value of light is in darkness.
This is our moment
The covenant is the believer’s exemption link.
The covenant is still in force.
The blood of the covenant is still speaking
God’s covenant cannot be broken.

Ps 89:34 My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.

Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

While others are crashing and failing because of the present predicament you will be going higher and higher. Keep your faith in God as you commit to the practice of the covenant.

Remember God is saying to you

“Relax You are not alone”
The great Shepherd is watching over you.
The great Shepherd of the flock is your protector.
The great Shepherd is your provider.
You are not ALONE.
